The variety belongs to the category of forage maize. In agronomic and physiological studies, it is known as a salt-tolerant genotype. When exposed to sodium chloride, plants of this variety maintain the balance of potassium and sodium ions in root system cells more effectively compared to salt-sensitive analogs.
The variety is characterized by reduced susceptibility to stalk and root rot.
