The maize hybrid Quincey is classified as a forage crop. In agronomic studies, particularly in publications by the research institute Agroscope, the variety was mentioned as a hybrid for silage harvesting.
As of 2019, the variety has been removed from official recommended lists, although its presence in agricultural rotation was permitted. Detailed morphological characteristics and precise data on the hybrid's resistance are not available in the public domain.
