The hybrid belongs to the mid-early maturity group, with an FAO rating in the range of 240–250. The primary intended use for the variety was silage cultivation.

Between 2002 and 2007, this hybrid was included in state variety trials and ecological tests. It frequently served as an object for field research on the effect of various fertilizers on the yield and quality of silage biomass.
