The Sancia hybrid, also known as Sancia Bt, is used for research purposes, in particular for studying plant resistance to abiotic factors. In comparative trials, it is considered a forage hybrid.
Under conditions of salt stress and drought, the variety demonstrates lower resistance compared to a number of other hybrids. Nevertheless, under experimental field conditions, the hybrid showed the ability to form a grain yield under limited irrigation. During trials conducted in Turkey, high thousand kernel weight values were recorded.
