The hybrid is intended for use as a silage crop. It is characterized by high initial growth energy and the ability to maintain green color until the ears mature. Dry matteryield reaches 18.6–18.8 t/ha with a starch output of 6.7–6.74 t/ha.
The plant has good lodging resistance. The metabolizable energy content is about 216–221 thousand MJ/ha. Under high humidity conditions, it may show susceptibility to leaf spot.
