The hybrid is characterized by universal use for grain and silage, and is also used in provocative sowings to combat broomrape. It belongs to early-maturing forms, grain of the dent type.

The plant possesses high resistance to lodging, drought, cold, stalk rots, common smut and head smut. The potential grain yield is 11.0–11.5 t/ha, green mass — 48.0–53.0 t/ha. Protein content in the grain is about 10.3%, starch — 74.2%.
