The variety belongs to the dahlia-flowered zinnia group and reaches a height of 60–100 cm. The plants have straight, branched stems covered with short hairs and form large, double orange inflorescences.

Flowering lasts from summer until the first frosts. The plant is heat-loving and requires sunny sites with fertile, moist soil. It is grown by seedling method or by direct sowing into the soil with a spacing of 40 by 30 cm.

The variety is used in agrotechnical studies on Alternaria blight and seed pre-sowing treatment methods. For decorative purposes, it is valued for its long vase life in cut flower arrangements, which can reach up to two weeks.
