Variety description

The variety is a low spreading shrub, reaching a height of 75 to 100 cm, in some cases up to 1.60 m. Leaves are matte, evergreen under favorable conditions, while young shoots and foliage can have a reddish-purple hue.
Flowering is abundant and prolonged; flowers are large, bright pink, opening from purple buds. After flowering, copper-red sepals remain, ensuring ornamental value until autumn.
The plant prefers sunny areas with well-drained soils and requires protection from cold, dry winds. Used in landscape design as a specimen plant, in borders, and flower arrangements.
