Variety description

The plant forms an upright clump 70 to 150 cm in height. The foliage is dark green, dense, leathery, with a glossy surface and deeply incised. The flowers are helmet-shaped and have a soft, pale pink hue. Flowering occurs in July-August.

The variety prefers locations with sufficient moisture and well-drained soils. It grows well in both full sun and partial shade, and is resistant to diseases and pests. The stems are strong and rarely require staking. All parts of the plant are poisonous.
