Variety description

The variety was obtained as a result of controlled pollination of the female line RS1 and a male form created on the basis of the Tomuri and Chieftain varieties. The breeding was based on seedlings of old red-fleshed varieties. Also known under the designation RK 2018.

The fruits have green-brown skin, practically devoid of pubescence, and consistently colored red flesh. In the conditions of Northern Italy, ripening occurs in mid-October. The plant's inflorescences usually contain from 2 to 5 flowers.

The plant has a bushy form and medium vigor, and tolerates green pruning well. The variety is intended for commercial cultivation and is distinguished by a high proportion of marketable quality fruits.
