The variety belongs to the intermediate-day group and is a selection of the Senshyu type. The growing season is about 150 days, with ripening occurring 10–15 days earlier than the original Senshyu Yellow type.
The bulbs have a round-flat shape and yellow outer scales, their weight can exceed 220–250 g. The plant has good adaptability to various weather conditions, including resistance to heat, cold, and drought.
The crop is suitable for cultivation in gardens and greenhouses. The variety is often positioned as a winter onion, requiring sowing in the autumn with subsequent transplanting of seedlings in regions with a mild climate.
