The plant has abundant medium-green foliage and thick stems. The bulbs are large, weighing about 170 g, with an almost spherical shape. The outer scales are yellow or straw-yellow with copper shades; the inner scales are white. The flesh is firm, the taste is sweet, sometimes with moderate pungency.
The variety belongs to the late-maturing category and requires a long photoperiod for bulb formation. It is characterized by excellent keeping quality, suitable for transportation and long-term storage without sprouting until the end of spring.
