Variety description

The variety is a herbaceous perennial that forms a neat basal rosette of broad-linear leaves with a slight twist. The plant reaches a height of 65–70 cm and forms dense spherical inflorescences with a diameter of about 7.5 cm.

Flowering of the variety occurs from mid-summer to early autumn, from July to September. The flower stalks are characterized by strength and resistance to lodging. The foliage retains its ornamental value until late autumn, which distinguishes the variety from other bulbous species.

The plant has natural resistance to damage by deer and rabbits. The variety is a honey plant that attracts bees and butterflies and is suitable for use in landscape design, container gardening, and cut flowers.
