The variety belongs to the winter leek group and is intended for harvesting from late autumn to winter. Plants possess the ability to continue vegetation after overwintering. The variety is characterized by no tendency to bulb formation.

Plants have a vigorous upright habit and blue-green leaves. The variety forms dense heavy stems and is distinguished by high resistance to cold climate. Seeds are often produced in pelleted form.
