The variety is a perennial overwintering plant with a fine tubular leaf structure. During the flowering period, it forms purple inflorescences that are edible. The flavor is characterized as mild, with a light garlic aroma.
The plant has high growth intensity and, with regular cutting, provides a harvest from early spring to late autumn. The variety is not a hybrid and is grown using organic methods.
The variety is suitable for open field and container cultivation, including use on balconies or as a border plant. It prefers deep, humus-rich soils without stagnant moisture. Sowing is recommended from March to May with a planting pattern of 25 by 10 cm, and to stimulate regrowth after flowering, pruning 2 cm above ground level is required.
