The variety is an ornamental onion, previously known as Allium Spider. The plant is used exclusively in landscape design for decorating gardens, flower beds, and borders, as well as material for creating bouquets.
Plant height is usually 50–60 cm. It possesses glossy, strap-shaped leaves of a dark green color. Inflorescences are large, purple or violet in shade, resembling fireworks in shape due to long pedicels of varying lengths.
