Aline is a variegated form of the species Alocasia wentii. The plant is characterized by a marbled leaf pattern with a combination of green and creamy-white or yellowish colors. The leaves have wavy edges and a pointed tip, their size is usually 25–30 cm in length.
The underside of the leaf retains the bronze or purple hue characteristic of the species Alocasia wentii, which may show through the coloration of the upper side. The plant is considered medium-sized and is capable of reaching a height and width of about 100 cm depending on growing conditions.
