The Alstroemeria variety Standard Elegance, registered under the breeder code Teselega, is distinguished by excellent stem quality and high productivity. The plant undergoes a color change process during flowering.

During development, the plant's bud has a white hue with a characteristic red margin along the edge. After full opening of the flower, the petals acquire a bright pink color.
