The variety Emily, also known as Little Miss Emily, belongs to genetically low-growing plants with stem heights from 10 to 25 cm, sometimes reaching 40 cm. The plant's flowers have a pale lilac hue with a yellow center; in a number of descriptions, pink flowers with a yellow throat and dark burgundy streaks are mentioned.
The plant is perennial, however, overwintering in open ground is limited to temperatures down to -5°C. The flowering period lasts from May to November. The variety is not intended for commercial cut flower production due to the short length of the flower stalks and is used primarily for decorating patios, terraces, and balconies.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
