The plant belongs to the decorative type and is characterized by the presence of expressive drooping spike-like inflorescences of a rich purple-red color. The height of the bush varies from 80 to 120 cm.

The variety is an annual intended for planting in flower beds as a solitary plant or in group plantings, and is also suitable for cutting. It prefers sunny areas, fertile soils with calcium content, and requires regular watering.
