Variety description

Compact, upright plant 30-75 cm in height. Foliage is dark green, decorative throughout the season. Dark flower stalks bear semi-double white flowers with golden-yellow stamens and a purple-pink hue on the reverse side of the petals.
Flowering lasts from mid-summer through October. The variety is a sterile hybrid and does not produce seeds, which contributes to an extended flowering period. The plant is resistant to browsing by deer and rabbits.
Prefers fertile, moist, well-drained soils. Develops in full sun or partial shade; in hot climates, it requires afternoon shade. Hardiness zones: 5–8.
