The variety is intended for obtaining raw materials for freeze-drying. Maximum yield indices are achieved at an increased seeding rate, while the optimal stage for harvesting greens is the beginning of umbel formation. The dry matter content in the leaves remains stable regardless of planting density.
During summer sowing, the variety maintains a stable color of dried leaves. Autumn sowings may be at risk of yellowing of the lower leaves during late harvest stages and also demonstrate high susceptibility to fungal infections, in particular Alternaria.
