The plant has an upright, moderately spreading growth habit, reaches a height of 70–95 cm, and is characterized by active tillering. The leaves are dark green, firm, measuring 12–22 cm in length and 7–15 cm in width.

The inflorescence consists of a dark purple spadix 7–9 cm long and a spathe 10–12 cm long of the same shade. Sturdy upright peduncles 40–55 cm long rise above the foliage.

The variety is capable of forming more than 20 inflorescences simultaneously and is suitable for cultivation in pots with a diameter of 7–12 cm. The inflorescences have high longevity, remaining on the plant for up to six weeks in winter and up to three months in summer.
