The cultivar is a pot crop. To ensure optimal plant development, a light intensity in the range of 12,000 to 18,000 lux is required, with minimum light levels occurring during the spring period.

The plant appearance is characterized by the presence of large red spathes. In industrial cultivation, standard biological control methods and chemical treatments are used for protection against pests, specifically thrips.
