The plant has medium dimensions. The leaf blades have an ovate shape, a pointed apex, and are colored a medium shade of green. The peduncle is described as fairly short.

The inflorescence consists of a short, thin, and straight spadix which tapers slightly towards the tip. The color of the spadix changes from white or pale yellow at the base to yellow at the tip.

The spathe has an ovate shape with a blunt but pointed tip and a weakly expressed surface relief. Its size is described as fairly small, and the coloration is complex, combining shades 36D and 144C on the RHS color scale.
