The variety belongs to the genus Anthurium of the Araceae family and is intended for use as a pot plant or cut flower. The in vitro tissue culture method is used for its commercial propagation.

Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by a medium or small spathe size, which is 2–3 cm smaller than that of some other varieties. The degree of glossiness of the spathe surface is rated as medium or strong.
