The Condor variety is classified as a pot crop. In comparative morphological trials, the plant demonstrates tall height and significant leaf blade dimensions compared to Anthurium varieties intended for cut flowers.
Under greenhouse conditions, the variety shows stable productivity results, however, it is inferior to specialized cut flower varieties in terms of flower count and vase life. Specific data on disease resistance are unavailable.
