The plant's inflorescence has a deep red-purple color with possible green accents and light shades in the throat area. The spathe and spadix reach a diameter of 8.5–11 cm.

The leaves are heart-shaped with a pointed tip and are colored in a rich dark green. The plant is characterized by a compact habit, and its height usually ranges from 20 to 50 cm.
