The plant has dark green leaves with a pointed tip. The inflorescence is a large spathe, the diameter of which reaches 12–13 cm.

This variety is grown as an indoor crop for interior decoration and is also used in floristry for creating bouquets and decorative arrangements. The height of an adult specimen is 60–70 cm.
