The plant reaches a height of 35 cm, has inflorescences in the form of loose heads, and a fruit in the form of a single-seeded pod. The thousand kernel weight is from 2.5 to 3.5 g. The variety was obtained through individual selection and crossing of materials from wild flora and botanical gardens.
In cultivation, the variety is used for one year and is single-cut, with only leaves regrowing after mowing, and the seed yield is harvested from the first cut. The recommended seeding rate is 10–15 kg/ha, sowing is carried out by the row method to a depth of up to 2 cm in early spring or summer.
