The variety is mid-season, with a vegetation period ranging from 140 to 200 days. The plant forms an erect or semi-erect leaf rosette and large rounded root crops weighing from 200 to 600 grams.

The root flesh is white, dense, and less prone to browning during culinary processing. The variety is cold-hardy and tolerates frosts down to -4...-5 °C. It possesses a pronounced aroma, high sugar content, and good keeping quality, allowing the harvest to be stored until spring.
