The variety was obtained by the method of selection based on individual traits, including flowering time, type, and number of kernels per pod. The plant is oriented towards food use, unlike industrial varieties with high oil content.
Peanuts of this variety are drought-tolerant and capable of active flowering under adverse conditions. When grown in sandy soils using hilling to form ridges, the yield can reach 2–3 tons per hectare.
