The root crops of the variety are distinguished by a uniform shape without branching or lateral rootlets, which facilitates their harvesting and commercial processing. The plant is characterized by compactness and reduced vegetative mass. The average weight of one root crop is about 300 g with a length of 30 cm and a diameter of 4.6 cm.
The yield of the variety reaches 21.6 t/ha of marketable root crops. The produce contains 7.7% high-molecular inulin, which allows the root to be used as a prebiotic. The young leaves and petioles of the plant are also suitable for food. The burdock is a biennial crop; the root crops can be stored in sand.
