Variety description

The plant forms compact clumps 25–30 cm tall. The leaves are broader and denser than those of the species Armeria. Strong peduncles hold large, dense, pure-white inflorescences above the foliage.
The variety is intended for cultivation in containers, borders, rock gardens, and as a ground cover plant. It is characterized by a long flowering period from spring to late autumn. The plant possesses resistance to heat, drought, and soil salinity, tolerates coastal zone conditions, and is not damaged by deer. USDA hardiness zone 5a–9a.
