The Simina variety tree has medium vigor and forms a rounded crown. The leaves have an elongated shape, with an average leaf area of about 82.78 cm². The plant's flowers are of a size typical for the species.

The fruits are characterized by an elliptical, irregular shape and light green skin color. The average fruit weight is about 210.62 g. Under Bucharest conditions, the ripening period occurs between late August and early October.

The variety possesses high nutraceutical potential of the fruits. The plant is considered promising for commercial gardening, including the possibility of propagation by grafting onto mature trees, and can also be used in decorative landscaping.
