The variety is a seedling from open pollination of the American variety «Prolific». The tree is distinguished by its compact size, reaching a height of about 2.5 meters, and possesses decorative golden foliage in the autumn period.

Fruits ripen in the third ten-day period of September and reach a weight of 380 g. The creamy-textured flesh is characterized by a sweet taste with a pronounced tropical aroma. Keeping quality of the fruits is 6–8 days without the use of cooling.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness and is self-fertile, which allows it to be grown in home gardens. Fruits are suitable for both fresh consumption and processing.
