The variety «Ramon» is a white asparagus that previously appeared in breeding documents under the number «Nr. 1009». At the present time, the originator company has ceased offering this variety for commercial cultivation.

Between 2015 and 2019, the variety underwent long-term variety trials in the Kuhbach region, where its yield indicators and product quality were evaluated in comparison with other samples. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant are absent from open publications.
