Spring oat variety developed from the Ivory variety. Intended for use in the flour-milling and cereal industries due to its large grain and good hullability.

The growing season is 77–93 days. The plant is medium-height and possesses high lodging resistance. The thousand kernel weight ranges from 41 to 49 g; high grain test weight values are noted.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to powdery mildew, but shows susceptibility to crown rust. It is characterized by flexibility in sowing dates.
