The spring oat variety Symphony is mid-season and characterized by a medium-long stem. It possesses medium to high resistance to lodging and demonstrates good plant health indicators, which allows for its use in organic farming conditions.

The grain of the variety is distinguished by high uniformity, good test weight, and high kernel content. The oat is adapted to various growing conditions, with the exception of high-mountain regions, and is suitable for use in food production and as feed.
