The variety is a compact bushy hybrid with active branching and outward-spreading shoots. Numerous single dark red flowers are positioned above the foliage, providing a decorative effect throughout the season until the first frosts.

The plant is used for cultivation in patios, on terraces, balconies, and in hanging baskets, as well as an edging plant. The variety shows resistance to most pests, however, with poor ventilation and high humidity, infection with powdery mildew, botrytis, or bacterial leaf spot is possible.
