Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Begonia 'Benitochiba' and Begonia grandis subsp. grandis. The plant forms a dense bush 30–60 cm tall with deeply incised leaves resembling a Japanese maple. The leaf blade color is pewter-silver with a pink tint and charcoal-black veins, with the underside of the leaf being red.

The flowers are small, cherry-pink or bright pink in color, blooming in winter and early spring. The variety possesses high growth vigor and is considered cold-hardy for USDA zone 7, withstanding brief temperature drops down to +3–4°C. The plant is intended for cultivation in gardens, greenhouses, and containers.
