The leaves of the variety have a shape resembling maple leaves, with a bright silver coloration, mint-colored veins, and white edges. The reverse side of the leaf blade is red. The plant forms a bushy, upright, rounded bush with a height of 30 to 60 cm.
Flowering is accompanied by the formation of small inflorescences with large cherry-pink flowers, the period of which occurs primarily in winter and early spring. The variety possesses frost resistance up to USDA zone 7 and is intended for ornamental cultivation in gardens or containers.
The plant contains calcium oxalates and is moderately toxic to pets.
