The hybrid forms conical white roots that are more than half submerged in the soil, which facilitates mechanized harvesting and reduces soil contamination. The vegetation period is 120–140 days.
The roots contain 19–21% dry matter and a high level of water-soluble carbohydrates. The hybrid possesses high tolerance to Cercospora leaf spot and rhizomania, and is also resistant to bolting.
The plant is intended for use in livestock farming and as an energy crop for biogas, and is suitable for long-term storage. Due to its monogermity, the seeds are suitable for precision sowing without thinning, and seedlings withstand short-term frosts down to -3…-4°C.
