Variety description

10 August 2026

The sugar beet hybrid Asketa is included in the official agricultural catalogues of EU countries. In a number of agronomic publications and commercial sources, Syngenta is indicated as the manufacturer of this hybrid.

The variety is classified as mid-early. The hybrid can be assigned to the Rz-Cr class, which indicates the presence of complex resistance to rhizomania and cercospora leaf spot diseases. During laboratory studies, the hybrid demonstrated a response to the application of fungicides in the context of sugar content level.
