The hybrid is intended for industrial cultivation for sugar production. During its period of widespread use in Russia, the variety was characterized by high productivity and a significant sugar yield per hectare.

Plants of this hybrid possess resistance to foliar diseases, including Cercospora leaf spot, and also exhibit resistance to bolting.
