The sugar beet variety «Inverstar» belongs to monogerm varieties of the crop Beta vulgaris. It is intended for use as a technical crop for sugar production.
In experimental trials, the variety was studied for its resistance to bolting—the formation of seed-bearing stems that negatively affect root quality. In these trials, the rate of early bolting was 2.4%. Data on other agronomic characteristics, such as maturity group or disease resistance, are absent from the publications.
