Sugar beet variety «Jimmy» was developed by the German breeding company Strube D&S GmbH. It is included in production trials where its main agronomic qualities are evaluated.
During the trials, in particular at the base of the state agricultural institution «Kobrin SS», data on yield, sugar content, and sugar yield were recorded. Detailed morphological characteristics and a thorough biological description of the variety in open sources are presented fragmentarily.
