The sugar beet hybrid «Leopard» belongs to the sugar type and the mid-late maturity group. The roots have an average weight of about 750 g and are 85% buried in the soil. The sugar content of the produce is 18–20%.

The plant possesses high resistance to rhizomania, bolting, and powdery mildew, as well as an average level of tolerance to Cercospora leaf spot. The hybrid demonstrates good adaptability to various cultivation conditions and is characterized as suitable for mechanized harvesting and processing.
