The hybrid belongs to the normal-sugar type with a sugar content of 18.4–18.9%. The root crops have an oval shape and deep soil penetration; the average yield is 418 c/ha.
The plant possesses resistance to Cercospora leaf spot and storage rots, and is characterized by low bolting. Susceptibility to powdery mildew and blackleg is noted.
The main purpose is industrial processing for sugar; use for fodder purposes is also possible.
