The variety was classified as sugar beet and was included in the descriptive list in 2015 as a means of combating an aggressive strain of rhizomania (AYPR).
In British trials, the variety demonstrated a yield of 98.3 t/ha, however, it was subsequently replaced by more modern hybrids with improved disease resistance and yield indicators.
